You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your indoor plant. All return requests must be initiated within this timeframe.

Partial refunds may be issued for plants with minor damage that can still thrive with proper care. The refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the plant.
Processing Time: 5-10 business days
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned plant. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We offer exchanges for different plant varieties, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

If a return is approved due to our error (wrong item, damaged in shipping, etc.), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For returns due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For a return to be accepted, the plant must be returned in its original condition as received, with original packaging if possible. Plants should not show signs of neglect, overwatering, or other care-related issues that occurred after delivery.
Important: If your plant arrives damaged or dead, please contact us immediately with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
We guarantee that plants will arrive healthy and in good condition. However, once plants are delivered and accepted, their continued health depends on proper care. We are not responsible for plant health issues that arise from improper care, environmental conditions, or natural causes after delivery.
